Members can choose either Introduction to personal training or TRX suspension training for small group training. Each program offers some unique benefits to participants. TRX suspension training offers participants the opportunity to learn the basic exercises, perfect their form and technique, learn body control, and whip their cores into shape! Introduction to Personal Training on the other hand gives participants the opportunity to learn basic fitness exercises, technique, and the importance of body alignment. However, both programs will help you get fit, healthy, lose weight, and start you on the right food for your fitness journeys.
