Datorade is a healthy smoothie popularized by Australian YouTube sensation Freelee the Banana Girl.
The smoothie is simple enough....20-30 medjool dates, 1.2-1.5 liters of water, 1/2 cup of coconut sugar (optional) and 1-2 bananas (optional) blended on high.
The smoothie was named Datorade by Freelee, who promotes it as more hydrating and replenishing than gatorade with additional nutrients! Each serving of Datorade gives you 32.2 grams of fiber and is loaded with B-vitamins, calcium, and potassium. It is an excellent alternative breakfast.
